The St. Catherine University annual activities fair gives
students the opportunity to learn more about the variety of student clubs and
organizations available to enhance their university experience.
The St. Catherine University Higher Learning Commission
Steering Committee seized the opportunity to educate students about the
University and accreditation during the event, held over the midday break on
the University’s quad on the St. Paul campus.
More than 400 students attended the fair during the hour and
a half and more than 130 took “The St. Kate’s Challenge,” answering three sets
of three questions to enter into a prize drawing.
Questions included:

- Three key elements which make up the core identity of St. Catherine University are…
- In which year did the “College of St. Catherine” change its name to “St. Catherine University”?
Students submitted their answers and a drawing was held
later for a $100 first prize and $50 second prize.
